Our Company was incorporated in Singapore on 19 March 2007 under the name KTL Offshore Pte Ltd. The Company subsequently changed its name to KTL Global Private Limited on 13 June 2007 and was subsequently converted to a public limited company and changed its name to KTL Global Limited on 2 November 2007.
Our Company only has only one class of shares, being ordinary shares. The rights and privileges of our Shares are stated in our Articles of Association. There is no founded management or deferred shares. |
