| KTL Offshore Pte Ltd (KTLO) is pleased to announce the introduction of a new service for the offshore heavy lift industry - our KimLift value added rigging services. Under the KimLift program, KTLO will design, specify and supply the complete rigging for individual lift packages as a turnkey service. |
Our Kimlift service includes the following :

| Design Package (Offered in conjunction with Offshore Construction Specialists Pte Ltd under Keith Jackson): |

Full design package to IMCA, DNV and API requirements as applicable, including response to clients , marine warranty surveyor and certifying authority comments. |

Rigging configuration drawings in two and three dimensions including pre-lift layouts. |
| • |
Lift charts using the crane curve from client specified marine equipment. |
| • |
Spreader bar and spreader frame design (and fabrication if required). |
| • |
Rigging platform design. |

| Rigging Rental Package: |
| • |
Rental of tested and certified heavy lift slings up to 24" diameter and grommets up to 16"diameter. |
| • |
Rental of tested and certified shackles up to 1550t WLL. |

Depending on individual requirements the client can take advantage of a complete package or select discrete elements of the services offered.
The client will be required to supply the package dimensions, weight, centre of gravity and other information considered relevant to ensure practical and fit for purpose configurations.
KTLO has access to professional engineers with years of relevant and specific experience who are intimate with the constraints and requirements of offshore lifting where a proactive approach can save considerable expensive offshore time and make the job safer and easier for all concerned. Coupled to this is KTLO's extensive experience in manufacturing heavy lift slings and grommets for the world's largest offshore contractors.
